Interested in Creating a Peloton?

Organizing a team, which we call a Peloton, is an incredible way for a group of friends, family and/or colleagues to band together and raise above and beyond for cancer research. Hundreds of Pelotons – big and small – have made up the majority of the community over the past 11 years, and propelled Pelotonia to raise over $207 Million for cancer research through grassroots fundraising.

There are no added costs or requirements to having a Peloton, aside from all Pelotons must have at least 5 members to start the Peloton.  The Peloton members can include Riders, Virtual Riders, or Volunteers.

Check out the links below for additional resources. If you are interested in learning more about creating a Peloton, please contact Carolyn Appelhans at

Peloton Captain Resources

Thank you for stepping up to lead your Peloton in 2020! Your leadership means so much more than ordering jerseys or coordinating weekend training rides. It means leading a group of individuals to get creative, work hard, and harness their passion to change the future of cancer research, together.

Whether you’re looking to join a team based on where you live, the availability for evening or weekend training rides, or just getting to know a community of fantastic people, there is a Peloton for everyone!

See the list below of some of the community Pelotons that make up The Greatest Team Ever.  They are welcoming new members and looking to share their wisdom and resources with you.  Consider joining a community Peloton this year to enhance your experience.
