Below is an overview for participants interested in registering as a Volunteer for Ride Weekend or Gravel Day 2024. 

Volunteers are critical to making Ride Weekend and Gravel Day amazing! More than 3,000 Volunteers support these events. The experience for Pelotonia Riders would not be the same without these important participants. The Pelotonia community is beyond grateful for their support. 

A variety of Volunteer roles are available to those who generously donate their time, talents, and energy. Helping with every task imaginable, Volunteers make it all happen. 

Roles include bike management, first aid, food and beverage, merchandise sales, and more. Individuals interested can review the list of Ride Weekend role descriptions and Gravel Day role descriptions before registering.  

Want to support innovative cancer research by Volunteering for Pelotonia 2024? Specific Ride Weekend and Gravel Day volunteer shifts and locations will be available for signup when registration opens.

If you’re looking to participate as a Rider in 2024, Pelotonia’s signature Ride Weekend offers road cycling with route distances ranging from 20 to 190 miles, and the second annual Gravel Day provides new and seasoned Riders with a more adventurous opportunity to get involved.
