CycleNuts Skill Building Rides

  • March 22, 2018  6:15 pm – 6:15 pm

Level 1 : Mar 22 & May 31 – Riding basics, building from 1 mile to 15 miles, mainly trail riding, focus on extending length of ride and increasing speed up to around 10 mph
Level 2 : June 7 & July 26 – Road riding basics, building up to 25 miles, focus on extending length of ride and increasing speed up to around 15 mph, trail and road riding
Level 3 :  Mar 22 & Oct 25 – Longer rides, preparing for rides longer than 25 miles, mainly road rides
